PPI Claims

Intro Why Claim? How It Works What's My Claim Worth? FAQs

It is impossible to say at this stage until reviewing documentation relating to your account.

Many other websites make misleading statements about how much you may be entitled to and others have calculators allowing you to calculate how much PPI you would have paid based on your actual loan values.

This is completely and utterly false. Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) values differ from loan to loan and it is unusual for any two policies to cost the same.

Credit Card PPI is calculated as a percentage of the balance owed each month and so the more you owe the more you pay but obviously factors such as balances increasing and reducing need taking into consideration.

Where loans have been paid off rebates may have been applied to the PPI costs on settlement and so this must also be considered as part of your claim.

It is not until at least half way through the claim process that we can gain an idea of how much you may be entitled to.
